Technical Project Administrators
Vantage Point Solutions, a growing and dynamic telecommunications consulting and engineering firm, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team of professionals. We have an immediate opening for a remote Technical Project Administrator.
The Technical Project Administrator will collaborate with colleagues to understand organizational processes and develop data-driven solutions that increase efficiency, show trends within procedures, and enable new opportunities for client focused tracking features.
Key functions of this role will include:
- Create and maintain templates
- Maintain process documentation
- Coordinate meetings and capture minutes
- Perform general administrative duties
- Provide backup to the Senior Project Administrators, and OSP Project Administrators
- Work within a team and collaborate to develop solutions
- Take requests from varying departments to generate tracking mechanisms
- Integrate existing trackers into Smartsheet and train resources to use the improved solutions
- Maintain knowledge of new and improved features of software and applications

- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
Basic Skills/Knowledge:
- Smartsheet experience (at least 6 months)
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Working Knowledge of GSuite/Google Workspace
Preferred-Not Required Skills/Knowledge
- Smartsheet add-on knowledge (Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, WorkApps, etc.)
