Voice Specialist/ Administrator

As a Voice Specialist you will be providing technical support and maintenance voice services. This role involves troubleshooting issues, configuring system settings, and ensuring optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users for voice-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user problems, such as call quality issues, voicemail problems, and voice system configuration issues.
  • Configure and maintain PBX systems, including user provisioning, call routing, and voicemail.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Integrate the voice system with other network systems, such as VoIP and TDM gateways.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of voice system configurations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of PBX based systems and telephony protocols.
  • Experience with common PBX platforms (Netsapiens, Cisco, Avaya, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
